Papiamento
The language of belonging and identity — from absolute beginner to advanced.
Papiamento is the heartbeat of Aruba. It grew in the 17th century through contact among Portuguese and Spanish traders, Dutch colonists, enslaved Africans, and Indigenous Caribbean peoples. The name comes from papia/papear “to speak” + -mento “the way of” — our way of speaking.
We offer group and private Papiamento courses aligned with CEFR, focused on real communication for daily life, study, and work.
