To naturalize as a Dutch citizen in Aruba, the Government asks you to show that you can take part in island life. Part of that is language, and part is knowing the island. Here is what is expected.
A working command of Papiamento at CEFR level A2 — the everyday language of the island. This is the half we teach.
Dutch at the same A2 level, the Kingdom's shared language. This half is taught by OCC Academy.
Knowledge of how the island lives and is governed — its history, institutions and everyday customs.
The test itself is set and administered by the Government of Aruba, not by any school. We prepare you for it.

Naturalization does not open all year. The Government sets a registration window, and missing it means waiting for the next one.
Registration opens through an annual window on the Government portal at www.ea.aw.
The window is short and places are limited; they can fill within days of opening.
Registration is done through the portal. There is no walk-in registration.
The Government does not notify you. You must monitor www.ea.aw yourself and be ready to act the moment it opens.
